The T.R. Miller Tiger cross country teams competed in the Tiger Classic Saturday at Kiesel Park in Auburn.
The Lady Tiger cross country team placed third out of eight teams while the boys came in sixth out of 10 teams.
The JV boys ran a 3K Saturday instead of the usual 5K and placed fifth.
Karisa Nelson came in first for the Lady Tigers in the race as she had a time of 18:58.85. Allie Nelson placed seventh for the Lady Tigers with a time of 20:22.32 and Amber Nelson placed 17th with a time of 21:32.61.
Katie Nelson’s time of 22:41.42 earned her a 29th place while Amber Terry had a time of 23:06.87 for 33rd place.
Katie Baggett came in 34th place with a time of 23:10.45 and Breann Huff had a time of 25:39.27 for 48th place. Hannah Blair finished in 56th place with a time of 27:17.54 for the Lady Tigers.
For the varsity Tigers, Rob Stokes led the Tigers with a fourth place finish and a time of 17:34.51. Christian Carlson came in 15th place with a time of 18:37.41 while Andrew Pollitte placed 29th with a time of 19:52.30.
Carter Frezell earned a 35th place finish with a time of 20:19.00. Ryan Snowden’s time of 21:13.92 earned him a 49th place finish while Ramon Castro placed 68th with a time of 22:34.87.
In the JV boys race, D’Angelo Thomas and Stewart Campbell placed 51st and 57th. Thomas had a time of 12:29.27 while Campbell finished with a time of 13:04.73.
Gavin McNeil had a time of 13:44.76 for 62nd place and Austin Rowell placed 69th with a time of 14:16.91. Christopher Guthrie rounded out the JV Tigers with a time of 16:07.63 for 73rd place.
The teams will run at Northview High School Tuesday in their last regular season meet.
