Mrs. Eva Christine Jossey, 89, died Oct. 26, 2012, at her residence in Castleberry. She was a native of Monroe County and a homemaker
She is survived by a son, Jamie Wade Jossey of Castleberry; a brother, Wilbur Guy of Brewton; a sister, Mattie Chavers of Mobile; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Oct. 29, at 11 a.m. at Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Cope Funeral Home of Evergreen directing.
