Harry ‘Hal’ Wilson Long Jr.

Mr. Harry “Hal” Wilson Long Jr., died Monday, Nov. 26, 1202, at his residence after a brief illness. He was a native of Newnan, Ga., and a resident of Pensacola, Fla., and Atmore, before moving to East Brewton two years ago.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Long; four daughters, Angela (Brian) Greer, Felicia (Norman) Hadley, Sonya (Walter) Hausermann, and Ke-chia Feoli; a son, Harry “Peanut” Long III; a brother, Tony (Brenda) Long; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held Monday, Dec. 3, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Divine Temple in East Brewton.
Memorial services will be held Monday, Dec. 3, at 6 p.m. at Divine Temple with the Rev. Doug Greer officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Condolences may be sent and obituaries can be read at williamsmemorialchapel.com.
