Millard Lee Childress

Mr. Millard Lee Childress, 66, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at his residence. He was a life long resident of Escambia County. He was a 1965 graduate of Flomaton High School, and had worked as a mill wright at International Paper Company. He attended Pleasant Home Holiness Church.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharron Barrow Childress of Flomaton; his mother, Daisy Childress of Flomaton; one daughter, Tammy (Steven) Reaves of Flomaton; a brother, Aubrey Childress of Flomaton; three sisters, Marie King, Carolyn Jean Odom, and Maxine Creamer, all of Flomaton; and one grandson, Trevor Lee Reaves.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Dec. 5, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Brian Richburg officiating.  Burial followed  in Pollard Cemetery with Craver’s Funeral Home directing.
