Sheriff’s Department questioning hunters

Two men are being questioned at the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department today in connection with complaints stemming from a hunting incident in Wilcox County.
The two men were seen driving along U.S. 31 North when law enforcement officials were notified of their location. Officers detained the subjects with assistance from the Alabama Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries Division. The pair were apprehended along U.S. 31 North near the Kirkland Road intersection.
