Jackie Thompson Forsyth

Mrs. Jackie Thompson Forsyth, 54, died Feb. 22, 2013, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was a native and former resident of Brewton and a resident of Mountain Home for the past nine years. She was a 1976 graduate of W.S. Neal High School and worked as a certified medical coder. She was a member of Bar None Cowboy Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Evelyn Ball Thompson.
She is survived by her husband, Gene Forsyth of Mountain Home, Ark.; a daughter, Charity Coleman of Georgia; a son Bryan Forsyth of St. Louis, Mo.; her grandchildren, Alise and Keanen Forsyth; and five sisters, Elaine Wilson and Lois Crenshaw, both of Brewton, Sheila Womble, Marie Quates, and Myra Corbin, all of Millbrook.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 27, from 5 until 8 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 28, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Brother Adam Peterson officiating.
