WSN tennis splits home matches against Opp

In their Tuesday home match against Opp, the W.S. Neal Lady Eagles tennis team defeated the Bobcats while the boys took a loss.
W.S. Neal’s girls improved to 1-2-1 while the boys fell to 2-2.

Boys singles:
No. 1 Jonathan Hall (WSN) won 8-3
No. 2 Gary Likely (WSN) lost 8-8 (7-0)
No. 3 Sam Boyington (WSN) lost 8-5
No. 4 Issac Watson (WSN) won 8-3
No. 5 Mitchell Fails (WSN) won 8-5

Doubles:
No. 1 Hall/Likely (WSN) lost 9-7
No. 2 Watson/ Boyington (WSN) lost 8-3

Girls singles:
No. 1 Heather Thompson (WSN) won 9-7
No. 2 D’Maiya Barton (WSN) won 8-2
No. 3 Megan Watson (WSN) lost 8-3

Doubles:
No. 1 Barton/Thompson (WSN) won 8-3
