Arrests for the Wed., April 2, 2014, edition

The East Brewton Police Department received 44 complaints for the week of Mar. 22, 2014, through Mar. 28, 2014. They responded to three domestic calls, provided five escorts, assisted six other agencies, responded to one burglary, and 29 other walk ins or calls.

 

The following charges were filed with The City of East Brewton Police Department for the week of Mar. 22, 2014 through Mar. 28, 2014.

Mar. 22

Mackla Lane, 42, of 208 Daulphin St., Lot 23 was charged with public intoxication.

The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office received 186 complaints for the week of Mar. 22, 2014, through Mar. 28, 2014. They also responded to seven domestic calls, provided transportation for 36; served 85 civil papers, provided no domestic escort and four funeral escorts.

Mar. 22

Faye T. Blackwell, 32, female of 18th Ave, Atmore was charged with 1st degree  possession of forged instrument.

Troy D. Mitchell, 40, male of Palmer Lane, Brewton was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Jackie Haas, 36, male of Nail Rd., Castleberry was held for another agency.

Mar. 23

Robert J. Foreman, 52, male of Patterson St., Atmore was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Jennifer M. Grantham, 35, female of Palmer Lane, Brewton was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Teresa M. Ramieri, 19, female of Jacksprings Road, Atmore was charged with failure to appear.

Cynthia Crenshaw, 36, female of Brown St., Atmore was charged with 3rd degree assault.

Mar. 24

Krystal D. Moffitt, 31, female of Schad St., Brewton was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Roberta E. Odell, 43, female of Byrd St., Brewton was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Mar. 25

Chandra Boyd, 40, female of Young St., Brewton was charged with 1st degree escape.

Yolanda L. Brown, 40, female of Pea Ridge Rd., Brewton was charged with revocation of bond.

Nakita S. King, 33, male of Cypress Ct., Brewton was charged with 8 counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

Sara Presley, 39, female of McRae St., Atmore was charged with reckless endangerment.

Iris S. Thompson, 32, female of Kirkland Rd., Brewton was charged with attempting to elude, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment, reckless driving.

Mar. 26

Chandra M. Boyd, 40, male of Young St., Brewton was charged with bond revocation.

Jeffrey C. Gentry, 27, male of Phillipsville Rd., Bay Minette was charged with bond revocation.

Mar. 27

Joseph Jones, 25, male of Old Hwy 31, Brewton was charged with 2nd degree possession of marijuana.

Mar. 28

Terry B. Crawford, 59, male of Ridge Road, Brewton was charged with 3rd degree trespassing.

Kendrell McCants, 29, male of Eva Dr., Pensacola was charged with writ of arrest.
