Mr. Joe Eiland Stricklin Jr., died Friday, Oct. 18, 2002 at his residence in Pascagoula. He was an engineer with Engles Shipyard.
He is survived by one son, Guy Stricklin of Pascagoula; his parents, Joe and Laquette Stricklin of Brewton; two brothers, Mark Stricklin and Tim Stricklin, both of Brewton; one sister, Cindy Taylor of Brewton; two aunts, Drucilla Feachen of Andalusia and Vivian Bowen of Gantt, Ala. and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 2 p.m. at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Leroy Cole officiating and Foreman Brown-Service Funeral Home directing. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of their choice.
