Mr. Jimmie Earl Ridgway, 54, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2002 at a Mobile hospital. He had been a native of Atmore, a former resident of Saraland and a resident of Dyas Fork for the past 5 1/2 years. He was an employee of Shell Chemical Co. for the past 27 years and attended Cross Point Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Hicks Ridgway of Dyas Fork; his son, Stan Ridgway of Dyas Fork, his brother, Edmond Ridgway of Pensacola; two sisters, Loree McCall of Appleton and Oraleah McCall of Appleton; a grandson and numerous other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 30, at 10 a.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. J.T. Guyton, Bro. Fred Gibbs, Bro. Floman Davis and Bro. Lester Vick officiating. Burial will follow at White Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
