Perdido
Mr. Curtis Roberts, 68, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at a Mobile hospital. He was a native of McCullough and a resident of Perdido for the past 49 years. He attended the Church of God. He was preceded in death by a son, Hank Roberts, a grandson, Justin Hadley and his brother, Erby Lee Roberts.
He is survived by his wife, Hazel Hadley Roberts of Perdido, two sons, Curtis "Dude" Roberts Jr. of Uriah and Donald Roberts of Perdido; three daughters, JoAnn Weekley of Perdido, Beverly Parker of Bay Minette and Sandra Hadley of Lottie; his sister, Pearlie Mae Kidd of Chunchula, Ala.; 13 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 2, at 2 p.m. at the Perdido Church of God with Bro. Harrison Steege and Bro. Scott Brooks officiating. Burial followed at Serenity Gardens Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
