Mrs. Emma Frances Lee, 97, died Friday, Feb. 21, 2003 in a local nursing facility. She was a native of Altha, Fla. and had been a resident of McDavid for most of her life. She was a member of Christian Home Free Will Baptist Church and attended Ray's Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Lee; two daughters, Lannie "Cricket" Long and Ruby Holland and a son, J.C. Lee.
She is survived by four grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were Monday, Feb. 24, at 2 p.m. at Ray's Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. F.L. Enfinger officiating. Burial followed at Godwin Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
