Mr. Troy Alexander Harris, 20, died Monday, March 3, 2003. He was a native of Bay Minette and a resident of Atmore for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Russell Jr. and Dianna Harris; his sister, Teresa Russell and his grandparents, James and Mary Russell Sr. and Blanchet Lambert.
He is survived by one daughter, Alexander Saliar of Atmore; four sisters, Carolyn Russell, Mary Margaret Russell, Jennifer Russell and Shantell Russell, all of Atmore; three brothers, Zackery Harris, DeWayne Russell, both of Atmore and James Russell Jr. of St. Paul, Minn. and his grandfather, Elbert Lambert of Atmore.
Funeral services were Saturday, March 8, at 2 p.m. at Mt. Gillead Baptist Church in Atmore with Minister Maurice Etheridge officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing. Friends and family members served as pallbearers.
