Mrs. Mary Frances Hardegree Strain, 85, died Sunday, March 23, 2003. She was a native of Ashland, Ala.
She is survived by her daughter, Jane Strain Blount; a brother, Arthur Hardegree of Ashland, two sisters, Faye Jernigan of Brewton and Anne Pomeroy of San Antonio, Texas; two grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held Tuesday, March 25, at 11 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church with Rev. Robert C. Wisnewski Jr. , Rev. James Walter and Rev. David Peeples officiating.
