Mrs. Christine Davis, 73, died Monday, May 12, 2003 at a local hospital. She was a native and lifetime resident of Bratt and attended the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Davis and a daughter, Liz Johnson.
She is survived by two sons, John R. Davis of St. Augustine, Fla. and Terry Davis of Bratt; a daughter, Sandra Johnson of Nokomis; a sister, Doris Miller of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 14, at 2 p.m. at the Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Godwin Cemetery with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
