Mr. Rickie Lerone Johnson, 50, died Saturday, May 24, 2003. He was a native and life-long resident of Century. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Century. He was preceded in death by his father, J.D. Johnson of Mobile and his grandfather, L.L. "Bud" Morgan of Century.
He is survived by his mother, Aleene Green of Century; his grandmother, Myrtle Morgan of Century; a daughter, Shannon Carnley of Flomaton; a son, Adam Johnson of Flomaton, a brother, Alan Johnson of Century; a sister, Regina Turk of Flomaton and three grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 28, at 2 p.m. at Tabernacle Baptist Church with Rev. Billy Cloud officiating. Burial will follow at Cora Cemetery in Jay, Fla. with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers will be Michael Carnley, Jesse Turk, Ronnie Ledbetter, Andy Taylor, Rodney Brewer and Billy Griffis.
