Dr. Robert Witt, President of the University of Alabama, visits with Khristy Gibson, coordinator of testing and advising at Jeff Davis Community College, after he spoke to the Brewton Rotary Club on Monday. Witt outlined some of the changes he plans to implement at the Tuscaloosa campus in the coming months and years.

He said that he envisions the University of Alabama as a school that attracts not only high-academically qualified students, but serves all students that will benefit from receiving a college education, regardless of age or background. He said he wants the university to be judged by its output, not its input.
