Mr. Curtis Lavon "Curt" Lynch, 68, of Castleberry died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 at an Evergreen hospital after an extended illness. He was a native of Castleberry, former resident of Ohio and had been a resident of Castleberry since 1977. He was a retired machinist and of the Protestant faith.
He is survived by his mother, Claudia Dolihite Lynch of Castleberry; his wife, Bonnie Lynch of Castleberry; three sons, Tim Lynch, Jimmy Lynch and Randy Lynch, all of Springfield, Ohio; two step-sons, Bill Godwin of Barnetts Crossroads and Keith Godwin of Castleberry; three step-daughters, Maxine Johnson of Evergreen, Sherry Aaron of Westlake, La. and Denese Massingill of Barnetts Crossroads; seven grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 19, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Bob Godbee officiating. Burial followed at Dolihite Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
