Mr. Keith Warren Cameron, 81, died Saturday, Nov. 1, 2003 in Auburn. He was a native of Minn., served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and was an officer with Mississippi Shipping Company and Lykes Brothers Shipping Company for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Susan Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Sara Cameron; a son, Bill Cameron of Auburn; two daughters, Carolyn Rabb of Auburn and Amy Fidis of Black Mountain, N.C.; two brothers, Clayton Cameron of Wash. and Ralph Cameron of Ariz.; seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 3, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Flomaton with Rev. Jerry Keese officiating. Burial followed at McCurdy Cemetery in Century, Fla. with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Hank Coleman, John Folsom, Jimmy Brantley, Danny White, Jerome Upton and Joe Reid. Honorary pallbearers were A.N. Nolin, Hoyt Bond, Marshall Lambeth and Bernie White.
