James Vernon "Buck" Lambeth

Mr. James Vernon "Buck" Lambeth, 86, of Scott Road died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2003 in a local hospital after an extended illness. He was a native and life-long resident of Brewton and of the Mennonite faith. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired truck driver with T.R. Miller Mill Company.
He is survived by a son, James "Buddy" Lambeth of Brewton; a daughter, Ruie Wright of Atmore; one sister, Maudie McCrory of Loxley; five grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003 at 11:30 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. John Gehman officiating. Burial followed at Beulah Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
