Mrs. Lois Lorene Marshall-Pryear, 70, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003 in a Pensacola hospital. She was a native of Loxley and a resident of Walnut Hill for many years. She was a member of New St. Paul Baptist Church and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Pryear; her sisters, Rachel Redmond and Vera Watson and a brother, Wiley Marshall Jr.
She is survived by three daughters, Lorene Moorer and Cynthia Moorer, both of Walnut Hill and Phyllis Pryear of Atmore; three sons, Howard Earl Pryear Jr. of Atmore and Booker T. Pryear and Herman Pryear, both of Pensacola, Fla.; three sisters, Barbara Moorer and Ernestine Pryear, both of Walnut Hill and Annette Simms of Pensacola; three brothers, Bobby Lee Marshall and John Marshall, both of Pensacola and Ebenezer Marshall of Walnut Hill and 19 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 26, from 1 to 8:30 p.m. at Turner Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Dec. 27, at 2 p.m. at New St. Paul Baptist Church with Rev. Willie White officiating. Burial follows at New St. Paul Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
