The Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce is asking for nominations for Citizen(s) of the Year for 2003. The winner(s) will be announced at a banquet in their honor in February. Nominations may be made by anyone wishing to submit a name, and the person nominated does not have to be a member of the Chamber.
The person nominated must live in the Brewton/East Brewton area, and have lived here for at least three years. The recipient's achievements must have contributed to the enrichment of the Brewton or East Brewton area in one or both of the following areas:
All nominations must be turned into the Chamber office by Friday, Jan. 30. Pease address the envelope to the Chamber of Commerce, Citizen(s) of the Year 2003, 1010-B Douglas Avenue, Brewton, Ala. 36426. For more information, contact the office at 867-3224.
