Mr. Gregory F. Hall Sr., 43, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004 in a Panama City, Fla. hospital. He was a native of Brewton and a resident of Panama City. He attended school in the Brewton City School system and graduated from Southern Normal High School. He attended Second Shady Grove Baptist Church in Brewton before moving to Panama City and served briefly in the U.S. Army in 1978.
He is survived by his parents, Carrie and Sylvester Peterson of Brewton and Leslie Hall Jr. of Pasadena, Calif; his grandmother, Katie Williams of Brewton; a son, Gregory Hall Jr. of Georgia; two daughters, Carrie and Priscilla Hall, both of Panama City; three brothers, Marcus Hall of Lynn Haven, Fla., Christopher Peterson of Brewton and Leslie Hall of Pasadena; four sisters, Debra Freeman of Mobile; Sharon Hall and Shelia Hall Andrews, both of Pasadena and Kizzy Floyd of Brewton.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 2 p.m. at Second Shady Grove Baptist Church with Rev. H.B. King officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
