Mr. Buford Roy Graves, 64, died Sunday, July 4, 2004 in a local hospital. He was a native of Bratt, Fla. and had lived most of his life in the Brewton area. He was a roustabout for an oil company and was preceded in death by a daughter, Carrie Ann Graves.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Graves of Brewton; a son, Bill Walker of Laurel Hill; three daughters, Jamie Mitchell of Opp, Julie Breaux of Brewton and Roylene Brown of McDavid, Fla.; two brothers, Robert Graves and Ronald Graves, both of Flomaton; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 6, at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Tolbert and Bro. Jonathan Lambert officiating. Burial followed at Pineview Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
