Sheriff's Office arrests 11 in warrant saturation

On Monday, July 5, the Escambia County Sheriff's Office conducted a warrant saturation on the west end of the county, resulting in 19 warrants served on 11 people.
Eight people arrested and jailed on Monday were Kenneth Black, two counts of failure to appear; Elizabeth Gray, failure to appear; Todd Morris, first degree kidnapping and second degree assault; Shelton Frye, failure to appear; Rufus Gulley, failure to appear; Anthony Harris, failure to appear; Labbaron Weaver, failure to appear; and Ezekial Wiggins, failure to appear.
Bonded were Tommy L. Thomas, negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument; Bernice Williams, three counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument; and Kerry Rothschild, five counts of negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
Also, a traffic stop during the course of the warrant saturation resulted in the arrest of Anna Phillips for unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.
