Mr. John Paige, 73, died Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2005, at a Pensacola hospital. He was a native and resident of Century. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army with nine years of service and worked at Walt Disney World.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Paige of Philadelphia, Penn.; three daughters, Phyllis Paige and Patty Paige, both of Hampton, Va., and Janell Paige of Philadelphia; two sons, Terry Paige of Baltimore, Md., and Ronny Paige of Hartford, Conn.; one brother, Eugene Paige of Century, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 22, at 2 p.m. at Bethel AF &M Church of God on Hwy. 4 in Century with Minister Idainer Bradley officiating. Burial followed at Century Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel directing.
