Mrs. Ethel Lee Polk, 94, died Wednesday, March 23, 2005, at a Daphne health care facility. She was a native of Jay, Fla., but had resided in Century since 1931. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ of Flomaton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Polk; her brothers, Jessie, David and Roy Emmett and her sisters, Inez Smith, Eva Casey and Estelle Smith.
She is survived by a brother, Cecil Emmett of Century and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 26, at 11 a.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Larry white officiating. Burial followed at Cora Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
