Mr. Robert F. "Mac" McCann, 66, died Friday, April 22, 2005 at his residence. He was a native of Molino, Fla., and a resident of McDavid for 35 years. He was a member of Aldersgate Baptist Church and the Molino Historical Society. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a past employee of Muldon Ford and Key Ford.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Martha McCann of McDavid; three sons, Robby (Tammy) McCann of Bratt, and Larry (Lisa) McCann and Keith McCann, both of McDavid; a daughter, Cheryl (Sam) Macks of Century, Fla.; two brothers, Robert McCann of Milton, Fla., and Bill McCann of Byrneville, Fla.; two sisters, Louise Nicholson of Pensacola and Doris Cassady of Crestview, Fla.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 25, at 10 a.m. at Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. James Hughes officiating. Burial followed at Crary Memorial with Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
