Despite confusion, local barber shop is operating

Old habits are hard to break – just ask Billy Carter at Billy's Barber Shop.
The back entrance to the barber shop, favored by most customers, is currently blocked by repairs to The Ritz, which lost its roof during Hurricane Dennis.
Billy's Barber Shop indeed does have a front door, and it is open for business.
