Danville, Ill.
Mr. Troy Sean Gandy, 41, died Friday, Sept. 2, 2005 in Danville. He was a native of Honolulu and had been a resident of Century for most of his life before moving to Danville. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a member of Poplar Dell Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Louise Gandy of Century; his father and step-mother, Carl and Polly Gandy of Century; two brothers, Robert (Yvette) Gandy of Century, and Rick (Suzi) McKinley of Carrollton, Texas; five sisters, Katie (Roger) Burkett and Ronda (Kenny) Wright, both of Century, Dianne (Kenny) Salter of Jay, Fla., Jan (Ricky) Croley of Molino, Fla., and Jolene Armstrong of Pace, Fla.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept.7, at 10 a.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Patrick Salter officiating. Burial will follow at McCurdy Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing.
