Snack attack! What kind of snacks do you crave?

Who said, "Snacking is bad?" Certainly not me!
For me, it's all about the snacks.  We must decide first what type of "snacker" we are, and then PLAN accordingly. There are basically four types of taste sensations: sweet. salty, crunchy and creamy.
Once you determine what your flavor preference is (you might be a combination eater, salty and crunchy, like pretzels), you need to think about what is the time of the day that you really do most of your snacking, mid-morning (kids are dropped off at school and you've just settled down for your second cup of coffee), mid-afternoon (oh no, kids are back from school and tearing into the pantry for their favorite snacks), early-evening.
You've just come home from work and are starving – so you just have a little of this, a little of that, and before you know it, you've consumed all your "dinner" calories, or late-evening (as you recline on the couch after a long, hard day watching a little television with all the gooey, cheesy pizza commercials.)
So, now you've determined what kind of "snacker" you are and you've determined your most likely snacking times of the day, let's see some low-fat/calorie substitutions for the higher version stuff.
All of these snacks are 100 calories or less.
