A benefit concert put together by local musicians will be held on the grounds of Fort Crawford Park on Saturday, Oct. 15 to help aid in hurricane relief efforts.
Three local bands and other musicians will play at the free concert, which is open to all ages. It will begin at 2 p.m. and will continue until the strings pop.
The alcoholic-free concert will feature the Mudcats, a blues band, Wes Cash and Friends and A Den of Thieves who all will mix it up with a variety of original songs, Southern rock and a few cover songs.
Bring a blanket and chair and listen to some good music and don't forge to bring your wallet full of money to make a contribution for hurricane relief efforts.
Donations will be given directly to the Salvation Army.
Fort Crawford Park is located in East Brewton along the banks of Murder Creek, across the street from Super Foods.
