Testimony is expected to continue today in a civil suit filed by Raymond Wiggins against former East Brewton Police Chief Wilson Mallard and the City of East Brewton and former Brewton Standard managing editor John Wallace and The Brewton Standard.
The suit is related to an article published on August 9, 2000.
The case, which is being heard by Circuit Judge Brad Byrne, is expected to conclude this week.
