January 21, 2005 at the 17th Annual ARTS Awards gala held in Dallas, Natural Decorations, Inc. (NDI) took home their sixth ARTS Award in the permanent florals division.
Carol Gordy, Chairman/CEO of NDI, accepted the award stating, &#8220I had the privilege of being on the ARTS stage 17 years ago to receive the very first ARTS Award for florals and it was just as exciting as receiving the ARTS Award today in the 17th year.”
Accessories Resource Team (ART) is the association representing accessory manufacturers, retailers, representatives and various other industry individuals. The ARTS Award is the most prominent award dedicated to the home decorative accessories industry.
A panel of five, distinguished judges review each nominated company's portfolio, which includes information about their business philosophies and products. This process is repeated for all nominees in each of the 25 categories represented.
NDI has been nominated for an ARTS Award 10 times, and has had the pleasure of taking home the award 6 times! In 2001 NDI was inducted into the ARTS Award Hall of Fame - an honor currently shared with four other members.
