Mr. Kenny Wade Gibson, 40, died suddenly Thursday, April 13, 2006, at his residence on Dailey Street in East Brewton. He was a native and life long resident of Escambia County. He was of the Holiness faith and employed as a truck driver by the City of Brewton Utilities Department. He was preceded in death by his father, Horace Gibson and two sisters, Mary Nell Gibson and Marie Gibson.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Gibson Carter of East Brewton; a brother, Johnny (Linda) Gibson of East Brewton; a sister, Mary (Bo) Brooks of Brewton; three nephews; two nieces; a great niece and his best friend, Bubba McGhee.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 17, at 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Doug Greer officiating. Burial followed at Fort Crawford Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
