Mr. William Charles &#8220Charlie” Darley, 60, of North East Street, Pensacola, Fla., died Sunday, April 16, 2006, at his residence after a brief illness. He was a native and long time resident of Brewton before moving to Pensacola. He was of the Holiness faith and was a butcher with Six Brothers Food Mart in Pensacola.
He is survived by his step brother-in-law, Byrnes (Mary) Pitts of Brewton; his sister, Willie Jean Wells of Pensacola and his step sister, Myrtice Cain of Brewton.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 19, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Byrnes Pitts officiating. Burial will follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery near Jay, Fla., with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
