Mrs. Eliza Norsworthy DeLoach, 79, died April 21, 2006, at a local hospital. She was a native of Mississippi and a resident of Brewton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry G. and Margaret Moore Norsworthy and a sister, Margaret Norsworthy.
She is survived by a son, Hadley (Susan) DeLoach Jr. of Salem, Ohio; three daughters, Betty Lynn (Dwight) Milligan, Jean (David) Allen and Wilhelmina DeLoach, all of Brewton; four sisters, Mildred Norsworthy, Minnie Simpson and Mary Norsworthy, all of Waynesboro, and Sara Pledger of Birmingham; eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 24, at 2 p.m. at Freeman Chapel and burial followed at Waynesboro Cemetery with Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. directing.
