The Brewton City Council has adopted a city ordinance establishing a $2.25 monthly sewer service charge for all customers.
Paul Lowery and Marty Lowery were inducted into the National Honor Society at W.S. Neal High School.
The first formal assembly of the East Brewton Industrial Development Committee was scheduled. It was formed by the East Brewton City Council in February.
