Mrs. Margaret Leven Jones, 69, died Friday, May 26, 2006, in Pensacola, Fla. She was a native of Quitman, Miss., a former resident of Georgiana and a resident of Flomaton for the past 56 years. She attended the Bethel Temple Holiness Church.
She is survived by her husband, William Rufus Jones of Flomaton; her daughter, Ilene Dukes Cook of Century, Fla.; a brother, Sherman Glover of Century, Fla.; a sister, Velma Aline Covan of Century, and two grandchildren, Nicole Louise Cook and Robin Leigh Cook, both of Century, Fla.
Funeral services were held Monday, May 29, at 10 a.m. at the Bethel Temple Holiness Church with the Rev. Ricky Peebles and the Rev. John Fillingim officiating. Burial was followed at 2 p.m. at Providence Cemetery in Georgiana with Petty Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Ronnie Hayes, Randy Covan, Mike Cook, Matthew Covan, Travis Roberson, Justin Williams, Hank Stinson and Dewey Pinkerton.
