Mr. Jesse B. McPherson, 76, died June 12, 2006. He was preceded in death by his daughters, Diane McPherson, Josephine McPherson, Evelyn Jean McPherson, Lindsey McPherson and Patricia Ann McPherson.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie McPherson; one brother, Terry James (Mable) McPherson of Pensacola, Fla.; his children, Jesse B. (Deborah) McPherson Jr. of Mobile, Linda F. Nash, Charles McPherson, Donald R. (Lane) McPherson and Daisy McPherson, all of Pensacola, Sarah M (Walter) Silas of Mobile, Diane Dees, Johnny L. McPherson and Betty (James) Welcher, all of Evergreen, James (Patricia) Dees, Louis Ray Nelson, Don (Vivian) Brown, Joseph (Eunice) McMillan, Johnny Ray (Tamekia) McMillan, all of Brewton, Robert (Cassandra) McMillan of Milton, Fla., Chester (Sandra) McPherson of Atmore, Barbara (Robert) Williams of Navarre, Fla., Marcus (Shay) McMillan of Pensacola and Alice Edmund of Jacksonville, Fla.; 68 grandchildren; 62 great grandchildren; one great, great grandchild and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 17, at 2 p.m. at Presley-Fluker Funeral Chapel with Apostle G.J. Gobles officiating. Burial followed at First Shady Grove Church Cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
