The seventh annual Jay (Fla.) 5K/One Mile Fun Run will be held July 4 at the Jay City Park.
The 5K portion of the activities will get under way at 6 p.m. The one-mile event will start at 6:45 p.m. Awards will be given to the top three finishers in 28 age categories. There will also be a walker division.
Registration fee is $15. All participants will receive a red, white and blue T-shirt. Watermelon and refreshments will be served to all runners.
The running and walking events are held in conjuntion with the Jay Area Merchants Association Activities that will be held in the park that day.
