Mr. Lee Jonathan Kelly, 39, suddenly died Monday, June 19, 2006 at his residence. He was a native and long time resident of Flomaton. He was a U.S. Army veteran and employed with Smurfit-Stone in the shipping department.
He is survived by his father, Clay (Sandra) Kelly of Brewton; his mother, Mary McKisson of Texas; his wife, Alma Morrison Kelly of Flomaton; three daughters, Erin Kelly and Alisha Kelly, both of Brewton, and Brandi Shaw of Fort Bragg, N.C.; a brother, Phillip (Virginia) Kelly of New York; his grandparents, Buddy and Edna Lambeth; two step brothers, Keith and Chris Fields; and close friends, John (LeAnn) Jones of Atmore and Kelvin Henderson of Nokomis.
Funeral services were held Thursday, June 22, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Glaize officiating. Burial followed at Morris Cemetery in Grant, Ala. with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements and New Hope Funeral Home directing.
