Mudcats drop pair at Prattville Tourney
The Murder Creek Mudcats baseball team, which consists of Brewton and East Brewton Little League players, went 0-2-1 at the Prattville Tournament over the weekend.
Murder Creek went 0-1-1 in its pool play. The Mudcats dropped a 5-4 decision to the Lee County Invaders and tied the Prattville Big Fish 8-8. Murder Creek then lost a 5-4 rematch game with the Prattville Big Fish in the consolation bracket.
Murder Creek will play in the ASP Fall Brawl in Pace, Fla. this weekend.
