With special areas for both visitors and residents, the new City of Brewton Web site is expanded and interactive.
The Web site, located at www.cityofbrewton.org, has links to each department, as well as the police department and fire department; frequently asked questions such as how to rent the community center and how to purchase garbage bags; and links of interest to visitors, such as churches, restaurants and hotels.
One of the many interactive features of the Web site is a community calendar which will be maintained by the Chamber of Commerce.
The site also has a message from the mayor and information about council members.
The site also links to areas of interest in the community, such as schools, the YMCA and industrial development organizations that serve Brewton.
