If you want your grandfather to get his package in time for Christmas, time is running out.
Clay said that the volume of packages and letters being mailed at this time of year is overwhelming. That volume, he says, causes a delay in processing and delivery of some items.
With only six delivery days left until Christmas, priority mail would be the only near-guarantee you have of getting your package to its destination in time for the up-coming holiday.
Regular business hours for the Brewton branch of the U.S. Post Office are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
