Mrs. Else Pauline Zimmart Salter, 89, died Saturday, June 30, 2007, at a local nursing facility after an extended illness. She was a native of Eger, Czechoslovakia, and a former resident of Germany before moving to Brewton in 1948. She was a retired beautician and a member of the North Brewton Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Aaron Salter of Brewton; three grandchildren, Angie Moye, Jennifer Salter and Clint Salter; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were held Monday, July 2, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael King officiating. Burial followed at Zion Hill Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
