Giving blood could win someone some new wheels.
D.W. McMillan Hospital will host a &#8220Help put the brakes on blood shortages” blood drive from 1 to 6 p.m. Monday at the hospital.
Donors who attend can register to win a 2007 Kia Optima.
The blood drive is also sponsored by the Northwest Florida Blood Center, located at 1999 East Nine Mile Road in Pensacola.

First-time donors at Monday's blood drive must show a photo ID.
