Infant Sarah Grace Boutwell died Thursday Sept. 20, 2007, in Bay Minette.
She is survived by her parents, J.J. Boutwell and Michelle Phillips, both of Flomaton; three half-brothers, Justin Timothy Boutwell, Thadius Joseph Boutwell and Jackson Floyd Boutwell, all of Poarch; her grandparents, Jimmy and Carolyn Phillips of McCullough, and Jessie and Debbie Boutwell of Flomaton and her great-grand parents, Delia Johnson, Floyd Boutwell and Kathereen Boutwell
Funeral services will be held, Wednesday, Sept. 26, at 12 noon at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Daniel officiating. Burial will follow at McCullough Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
