WSN beats Monroe Co.

The W.S. Neal volleyball team improved its record to 9-4 Tuesday night with a win over Monroe County.
The Eagles won the match 3-1 with scores of 25-21 in game one, lost game two 26-24, and won games three and four 25-20 and 25-17, respectively.
In game one for the Eagles, Katie Goolsby led the team with seven service points followed by five from Malary Booker.
In game two, Goolsby led with seven service points.
In game three, Megan Pence led the Eagles with six service points followed by Maggie Crutchfield with five.
In game four, Pence led with nine service points.
The JV Eagles ended their season with a 2-1 win over Monroeville and a 5-4 record.
In game one, Athena Davis had six service points and Rachel Browder had five as W.S. Neal won 25-21. In a game two loss of 25-21, Whitney Douglas led with six service points and Rachel Browder had five.
In game three, Douglas led with six service points to lead Neal to a 15-13 win.
On Thursday, the Lady Eagles improved to 10-4, as they posted a 3-0 win over the Central Jaguars.
W.S. Neal won 25-16, 25-20, and 25-22.
In game one, Sydney Andrews led with six service points, as did Maggie Crutchfield.
In game two, Megan Pence led with seven service points and in game three, Katie Goolsby and Andrews both had six service points.
