The T.R. Miller cross-country team competed in the Tiger Classic in Auburn this past week in Kiesel Park.
For the boys, Geoff Youngblood came in 11th overall with a time of 18:45.90. Corey Cunningham placed 17th overall with a time of 19:11.30. Brandon Nelson came in 21st and Cole Pruitt placed 30th with times of 19:30.80 and 20:05.00 respectively. Tyler Parker ran a time of 20:09.10 and placed 31st and Taylor Terry placed 46th with a time of 22:12.60. The Tigers finished in fourth place.
In the girls division, Shelby Youngblood, Taylor Guthrie, and Abby Carlson competed in a two-mile race.
Youngblood placed third with a time of 12:48.47 as Guthrie had a time of 15:03.85 earning a 22nd place. Carlson rounded out the girls with a time of 17:48.61 earning 38th place. T.R. Miller will compete next at Kiesel Park on Nov. 1.
